Pre check in portal

Once you have booked and paid for your accommodation we will send you a check in portal link 5 days before your stay. 

We require Photo ID, £150 Damage deposit and a signed contract. 

Check in details

Once you have completed our pre check in portal you will receive your check in details 2 days prior to your stay.

Entry to the property

Your check in details will include a lock box code. Please use this to check your self in to the property. The key will be located in the lock box to the side of the door. 

Check out

When you are due to leave the property please ensure you place the key back in to the lock box to allow our cleaners to attend shortly after your departure.

When will your deposit will be returned?

Damage deposits are automatically reversed 4-7 days  after you have checked out.

(Please see below how the reversal works).

How are damage deposits are returned?

Damage deposits are returned automatically by our merchant bank and not by our staff. The deposit is returned  in the form of a reversal. 

A reversed damage deposit will not show as a transaction on your account! It will only change the balance.

If you are unsure if your deposit has been returned please contact your bank.

Damage deposits might be taken again.

We can only hold damage deposits for 7 days.

On the 7th day your damage deposit will be returned to you and re-taken.

The deposit will be returned in the form of a reversal which will not show as a transaction it will simply change the balance of your account. It may appear to have been taken twice however please look out for the returned deposit.

Workstays UK operate a very flexible cancellation policy.
