Great place to stay, clean and tidy.
Had a couple of queries and the replies were very fast and helpful.
Only thing to note about the property is the 4th bedroom is on the ground floor and is in place of a second living room, so the living space and dining table are in the same room. Not a huge amount of living space considering it sleeps 8. As there were only 4 of us it wasn't a problem.
Nice back garden and off street parking are a great bonus.
