Cosy warm Town-centre retreat, 3 x En-suites. You will have the Whole property to yourself. Elegant interior, basic supplies. This house is in TS1 a few minutes walk to the town centre, shops, restaurants and car parks. Perfect for a visit for work, for families or Contractors. Parking is available over night from 6pm – 8am free. Many car parks nearby. We have a visitors Parking Permit only available if guest leave it in the property. The property is NOT a National Park area!
Space
Cosy warm City-centre retreat, 3 x en-suites – Ground Floor is a Single Bed, with En-suite. Desk and hanging space. Top Floor 2 bedrooms are small single beds both with en-suites. Communal Dining and kitchen. Smart TV, Dishwasher, Microwave and large fridge. Nescafe Dolce Coffee Machine – please bring your own pods
Notes
Visitors Parking – we have one visitor parking permit – free to use for one car – if lost this cannot be swiftly replaced and we retain the right to charge the guest for cost of replacement.
Interaction with guests
Generally answer within the hour – best is we get on mobile once your stay is confirmed. Messages will not be attended to from 5pm to about midnight to 2am
Access
You will have use of the Whole house – 2 bedrooms upstairs, one single bed room on Ground Floor. All rooms have en-suite bathrooms.
